Role Purpose Statement

Position responsible for inputting customer’s data accurately into the CBase/Link systems in a timely manner.  Provide production and packing reports to operations. Review Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) and all customer flight attendant comments information with work groups.

Main Accountabilities

Effective communication in order to advise all levels of management

• Responsible for creating reports
• Monitor and review Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) and all customer flight attendant comments information with work groups
• Verify daily operational data and update appropriate databases as required
• Produce and/or update flight Production paperwork 
• Assist the departments as assigned
• Perform clerical duties as assigned
• Keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference
• Work independently and within a team on special projects.
• Work well with others
• Complete other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Base knowledge of Microsoft 
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail.
• Outstanding general math skills.
• Minimum 1year clerical experience and basic computer/technical knowledge
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions on own.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to participate as a team member.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
• A successful record of performance which demonstrates leadership, process improvement skills.
• Excellent attendance record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills 
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups 
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
