Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Supervisor to join our team and build strong relationships with our airline customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Main Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned airline customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively identify and address customer needs and expectations.
• Develop and present customized catering solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and analyze customer performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate customer insights and performance data.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• In addition, three to five years of experience in related field  
• Strong presentation, communication, training and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations
• Proven track record of understanding of the drivers of product and labor cost variances
• Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
