Role Purpose Statement

This is Administrative Clerk will be working onsite in Houston, TX.  This clerk will be providing clerical support to receiving and assisting other departments as needed.

Main Accountabilities

Assisting receivers; reviewing and processing bills of lading (BOM) coming in from trucks to confirm product delivery matches invoices, backing up receivers, reporting discrepancies, inventory cycle counting, working with buyer and customers to follow up on po issues, assisting with inventory and providing overall administrative and project support. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or related experience
  • 1-3 years materials / inventory control or office support experience
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must have strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
