Position Overview

The Data Management Analyst is responsible for performing data specification, pricing analysis, and process documentation to support operational efficiency and decision-making within our CSC's (Customer Support Centers)/kitchen facilities.  This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data across systems, enabling cross-functional teams to execute business strategies effectively. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and our airline partners to define data requirements, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations

**Hiring Two (2) Data Management Analysts**

• Work Location: Onsite at our North American Corporate Headquarters in Irving, TX
• Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel

Main Accountabilities

•    Develop and maintain menu specifications and construct all operational support data (packing, loading and flight scheduling)
•    Gain thorough understanding of customer’s menus and in-flight services (including systems) to become a subject matter expert within the team
•    Process ongoing customer data changes to update CBASE operational support data
•    Produce and maintain customer grids, galley guides, plating guides, spec photos as applicable and post for Operations
•    Support Executive Chefs and Pricing Managers in preparation for the menu presentation. Capture all changes occurring during the menu presentation and ensure costs are updated to reflect changes made at the presentation
•    Audit all scheduling, specification and Bill of Materials (BOM) outputs to ensure resulting data and documentation is timely and accurate
•    Respond and resolve internal customer data issues (Scout) within the agreed upon timelines.
•    Create bill codes for the Master Price List (MPL),
•    Support new bid opportunities through specification creation & costing
•    Support Team Lead and Senior Analyst as needed with additional tasks
 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a data management, operations, or analytical role
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in food production, food service, or food manufacturing is a plus
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, as well as external customers and vendors
• Work Style: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with airline-specific database systems such as CBASE is beneficial; experience with SAP Material Management (MM) 
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and other Windows-based applications
