Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PM Dish Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and excels at leading teams to deliver exceptional quality and service. This individual will oversee dishwashing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety while fostering a positive and productive work culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Main Accountabilities

Supervisory & Operational Excellence

  • Organize, staff, and direct the dishwashing area to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all production requirements.
  • Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, priorities, and safety updates.
  • Develop and manage schedules to optimize labor productivity and control overtime costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP.
  • Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Guarantee on-time and accurate production and catering support for all flights.
  • Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and proactively address hazards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire, guide, and develop team members in alignment with company values and HR policies.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage productivity metrics and costs; take corrective action when deviations occur.
  • Champion company initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Production Systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve productivity goals and drive operational improvements.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
  • .Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Available to work PM Shift.
