Role Purpose Statement
Main Accountabilities
Operations & Supervision
- Oversee and ensure all operational areas are properly organized, staffed, and directed to meet production and delivery timelines
- Lead and facilitate daily team huddles to communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations
- Plan, schedule, and manage staffing levels to achieve productivity targets while controlling overtime and labor costs
- Ensure timely and accurate production and/or catering of all flights in accordance with operational standards
- Monitor workflows and proactively resolve operational challenges to maintain efficiency and service levels
- Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and company standards, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP requirements
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by actively monitoring compliance and engaging employees in safety initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and follow up on any safety or compliance concerns
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop team members in alignment with company values, policies, and performance expectations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, address employee relations matters, and support talent development
- Model and reinforce company values and leadership principles within the team
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, quality, attendance, and cost metrics
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to drive operational success
- Support and participate in company initiatives such as Quality Programs, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Safety Programs
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced setting

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, EPA, and HACCP standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

Familiarity with labor management and productivity tracking systems preferred
