Internship Overview

Join us for our 2025 Summer Internship Program!

Following the success of last year, we're excited to welcome interns to our team once again. Gain valuable experience and contribute to innovation in the Culinary World of LSG Sky Chefs! 

We are seeking a detailed and insightful Data Management Intern to join our Product Engineering Team at our North American Corporate Headquarters located in Irving, TX! You will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.  This Internship will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist with the interpretation of customer specifications and create bills of materials for operations users

• Learn to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

• Comply with established data management and quality assurance processes

• Process documentation

• Create electronic processes to perform data quality checks, reformat data sets, or interface with internal systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in a related field of study at a Sophomore level or higher required
• Ability to complete assignments against tight deadlines
• Ability to cooperate with teammates but work independently without close supervision 
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills specifically with MS Office products
