Position Summary
We’re looking for a bold, high‑impact Materials & Warehouse Manager to lead and elevate all materials and warehouse operations in our Customer Service Center (CSC). This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and excels at improving processes, optimizing performance, and developing high‑performing teams. You’ll be the strategic leader behind the inventory, materials, and warehouse metrics that keep our operation running smoothly. Your focus will be driving continuous improvement, strengthening accuracy and efficiency, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.
As the go‑to expert, you’ll turn data into action, refine workflows, and build strong partnerships with suppliers, production, and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will play a central role in ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and outstanding service every day.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all inventory management functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and financial stewardship.
- Lead a team of warehouse professionals through coaching, training, and performance development.
- Ensure excellent execution of receiving, storage, requisitioning, and distribution processes.
- Implement enterprise-wide supply chain policies and ensure consistent execution across the region.
- Drive achievement of annual quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Ensure customer and company-owned materials are managed efficiently from receipt to production.
- Optimize par levels and order quantities based on airline specifications, menu cycles, and vendor lead times.
- Maintain full compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety, quality, and operational readiness.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on operational leadership in supply chain or materials management
- Track record of leading change, transforming processes, and building strong teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Thorough understanding of inventory management, warehouse management and material handling
- Thorough knowledge of Demand Planning and Vendor Management
- Thorough knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management
- Established ability to identify the vision and produces goals with realistic plans to achieve them
- Ability to interact with employees, customers and vendors at all levels
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
