Role Purpose Statement

Join Our Team – 3 Exciting Opportunities Available!

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable team members to join our operation in three key roles: Clerk, Safety Trainer, and Safety Admin. Each position plays an important part in keeping our workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

  • Clerk: Flexible start times between 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 7 days a week.

  • Safety Trainer: Typically 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility in days and hours.

  • Safety Admin: Generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional work outside these hours.

Main Accountabilities

•    Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re-training of drivers
•    Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files
•    Processing of all Port Authority/Customs identifications
•    Ensure all State inspections, registrations and Insurance ID’s for trucks are current
•    Responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to A-1 Inspection procedures
•    Assist the Ramp Safety Supervisor as needed and perform other clerical duties as assigned
 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain an Airport SIDA Badge and CBP Customs Seal within 30 days of hire.

  • Preferred: 3–5 years of safety experience; AOA ramp experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for safety experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer applications.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with large groups; flexibility is essential.

  • Open availability, including nights and weekends, as required by operations.
