Role Purpose Statement
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the maintenance team, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping for all maintenance activities. Plays a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting efficient operations through timely data entry and coordination.
Main Accountabilities
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
•Schedule and track maintenance tasks and vendor appointments.
•Process invoices and purchase orders for maintenance-related services and supplies.
•Ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits.
•Provide administrative support for reporting and communication within the maintenance team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•Strong organizational and administrative skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office tools and maintenance management systems (MaintainX and Arriba a plus).
•Basic understanding of facility maintenance processes.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•High School diploma or GED
•2+ years’ experience in clerical or administrative roles within industrial or food production environments preferred.
