Role Purpose Statement

The Guest Experience Assistant plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for guests and customers. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, addressing visitor inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to.

Main Accountabilities

  • Be Our Welcoming Ambassador: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. Guide them seamlessly through their visit, setting a positive tone for their experience.
  • Keep a Flawless Front: Maintain a neat and inviting reception area. Manage the visitor log and organize guest badges to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Prioritize Security with Care: Follow company protocols to sign in guests, upholding all security procedures with attentiveness and accuracy.
  • Effortless Entry: Monitor the doorbell console to facilitate a smooth and welcoming entry process for visitors and deliveries.
  • Elevate Meetings with Thoughtful Catering: Arrange catering for executive and team gatherings, handling all the details for a flawless event experience.
  • Support Across the Board: Assist with conference room bookings and lend a hand to departments with a variety of administrative needs.
  • Stay Flexible & Engaged: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities with a positive, can-do spirit, making each day different and rewarding.
     

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Data Entry experience a plus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, interact with all levels of management and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
