Role Purpose Statement
Our Commercial Team is growing! We are hiring a Customer and Market Insights Manager — a newly created, high-impact role based at our Americas headquarters in Irving, TX.
As the Customer and Market Insights Manager, you’ll be the strategic pulse of the business—translating data into decisive action. With a sharp eye on customer needs, market shifts, and competitor moves, you’ll uncover the stories behind the numbers. Your insights will empower sales, operations, and executive leaders to move with confidence, clarity, and a competitive edge. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Transformation.
Hybrid environment: 4 days in office, remote on Friday
Main Accountabilities
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface key customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction drivers across airline accounts
- Develop surveys, deploy and manage survey dashboarding tools to track customer relationship satisfaction, NPS, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and support cross-functional research initiatives, including VOC program and commercial diagnostics
- Track market and economic trends, competitor strategies, and macro forces impacting the aviation, catering, and food service industries
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to infuse proposals, presentations, and customer communications with sharp
- insights and relevant data
- Leverage and propose best in class research and survey assessment tools, publications, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in market research, consulting, or customer insights
- Experience with survey and market research insight tools like Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, etc.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred background in the airline industry, but not required
