Position Overview

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Operations Analyst will play an important role in executing core supply chain functions with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. This role is centered around using data to support financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and help reduce food costs across the organization. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and optimization of tools and reports that monitor Supply Chain performance.
• Support teams in interpreting data to enable informed, strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of tools such as the Food Cost Tracker to enhance operational efficiency.
• Draft and review process documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Assign and manage training to keep team members aligned with current best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools and documentation are accessible and effective.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data related to spend, food costs, inventory, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance processes.
• Aid in planning efforts by analyzing trends and contributing to forecasting future needs.
• Utilize reporting tools to align local performance metrics with broader company objectives.
• Share insights and recommendations across departments to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor goods movement and assist in resolving issues related to payments and receipts.
• Provide analytical support for projects, helping teams achieve their goals through data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain operations, purchasing, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and a strong attention to detail when working with data.
• Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and recommending actionable improvements.
• Comfortable working with numbers and navigating complex challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and effectively share ideas across teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative; enjoys problem-solving and process improvement.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with SAP MM and CBase is a plus.
