• 10 - 12 weeks of work experience: June 2rd –August 14th

MUST BE LOCAL IN DALLAS AS POSITION IS ONSITE

Main Accountabilities

• Work on ePMO Projects as assigned
• Attend ePMO projects meetings as requested and help take action items, meeting minutes etc.
• Follow up on action items as necessary
• Create and update new and existing power point presentations for project status updates.
• Interact with points of contacts from multiple cross functional departments and drive project progress items as and when necessary.
• Keep the project and programs excel based tracker updated at all time.
• Assist the project and program managers with scheduling & coordination of tasks and activities for the program.
• Assist in creating project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and timelines.
• Help with resource allocation and task assignments.
• Track project milestones and deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Currently enrolled/attending college, preferable at Sophomore level or higher
• Must be extremely organized, accurate and demonstrate attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs as well as expertise in utilizing the Internet;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn to work well under pressure with limited information and training
• Demonstrated ability to maintain calm in stressful environment
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters in a professional manner
• Must be extremely dependable and prompt
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including an ability to connect videoconference calls
