Role Purpose Statement
To audit & reconcile inventory data from catering locations to ensure accurate inventory reporting. Order product for non LSG locations
Main Accountabilities
- Conduct Inventory Checks at all CSCs and Supplier.
- Conduct On-Site Audits for major BOB CSCs to determine compliance with standard, share findings with CSCs.
- Develop Monthly product waste analysis and determine reasons
- Ensure a high level of integrity exists in processes, procedures and reconciled billing documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions
- Develop and distribute weekly inventory reports, highlighting results and variances
- Work with RiM IT department to insure that Sales Data is Accurate and Timely
- Establish Processes to conduct the audit of sales file on a daily basis
- Determine selling efficiencies per flight and product to form basis for reconciliation billing
- Develop reports to track data integrity issues involving missing transactions and timely data input
- Order product for select CSCs and assist with ordering as needed at other CSCs.
- Reconcile invoices from suppliers to actual purchases.
- 25% travel required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience required
- Strong organizational / communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload
- Ability to lead and facilitate, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer skills to include Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP MM, Power BI
- Ability to interface with and coach at all levels within LSG Sky Chefs, as well as with the external customer and supplier representatives
- Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational contributions
