Position Overview

The Senior Fleet Analyst is responsible for leading all asset related data projects as assigned, which includes but is not limited to daily asset utilization monitoring, managing the day-to-day aspects of asset analytics, routine asset reporting, resolving planning and implementation issues, monitoring MaintainX activity, and providing all reporting and analytics on all assets within the MaintainX platform.

What You'll Do

• Subject matter expert in MaintainX reporting and data driven analysis
• Collaborate with management to develop and drive successful execution of asset utilization plan based on    identified deliverables (KPI’s)
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, training, budget, and project deliverables, which include applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
• Oversee MaintainX EAM system with the responsibility to set and meet deadlines
• Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert on the MaintainX
• Help perform all fleet/facilities analytics and drive all KPI’s 
• Critically analyze and compile data into varied presentation styles
• Provide support to Fleet Manager and Fleet Analyst on Verizon Connect, Ford Pro, Fleet IT, NAM/LAM Asset Disposal, DOT Compliance, Zero Emissions, and other related tasks.
• Act as project representative to support sales dialogue with customer
• Participation and Support Company sponsored initiatives 
• Model corporate values and participate as required in groups, initiatives and advisory bodies
   

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field required
• Five to seven years of direct work experience in logistics, IT databases or maintenance analysis
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Proven experience in strategic analysis, as well as people, risk and change management
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases
• Good communication and presentation skills, ability to interact at senior levels
• May require up to 25% travel
