This role blends industrial engineering with financial analysis to uncover cost drivers, optimize profitability, and foster cross-functional alignment across production, planning, and pricing.
Main Accountabilities

- Support pricing decisions and margin management by interpreting customer requirements and linking operational assumptions to financial impacts, with the objective of informing pricing, ROI, and make-vs-buy decisions.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Operations to maintain accurate labor standards and identify process inefficiencies, with the objective of aligning cost models with continuous improvement.
- Conduct customer profitability analysis by comparing productivity metrics with financial results, with the objective of highlighting performance gaps and supporting margin enhancement initiatives.
- Standardize and improve costing methodologies by implementing control points, benchmarking practices, and documentation, with the objective of increasing consistency and transparency across functions.
- Respond to cross-functional costing inquiries by providing timely and accurate answers on cost drivers, labor allocation, and pricing logic, with the objective of supporting stakeholder decisions and commercial clarity.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in labor costing, operations analysis, or process improvement.
- Solid understanding of time/motion studies, labor forecasting, or MTM.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex operational data.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-starter mindset with project coordination experience and willingness to travel (up to 25%)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, (4 days in office) balancing remote productivity with in-person collaboration to drive results and build strong cross-functional relationships.
