Responsibilities and duties

Our First Production Cooks work in a 24/7 environment following HACCP Regulations when preparing our food for airline customers based upon established customer specifications.  Able to work in both small and large batch preparation methods our cooks create a wide variety of products.

• Solid knife handling skills
• Read and interpret specifications/recipes
• Strong adherence to all Food Safety requirements

The Ideal Food Production Cook candidate must be able to:

• Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Work overtime when required.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
