Role Purpose Statement

You'll be responsible for generating invoices and bills for customers and auditing data in billing to ensure accuracy along with assisting the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned.

Main Accountabilities

Review and reconcile daily billing using company specific software.
Daily data entry and billing of approximately 23 Customers, 200 daily flights and 11K daily meals for multiple locations and billing reconciliation
Ensure all billing files are maintained and up to date 
Prepare invoices for processing
Assist with miscellaneous finance functions as needed
Vacation coverage A/P and E-time Functions 
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1-2 year accounting or related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
• Strong math skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
• Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
