Role Purpose Statement
The incumbent, in a pivotal role, supports the operations leadership and acts as a crucial liaison between the Customer Service Center (CSC) and all Airline(s). Their role is instrumental in managing operational changes on both sides and addressing customers' requests, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective service.
Main Accountabilities
- Act as liaison between all departments and customers on missing or requested items.
- Maintain and monitor multiple platforms for LSG and customers such as Ground Star—Flight Family, CBASE, etc.
- Support Department Supervisors with daily manpower requirements and employee schedules.
- Responsible for assigning and completing inventory of all operational equipment daily.
- Assist in the preparation of operations data analysis, reports, and summaries.
- Coordinates with the controller/supervisors on any changes of flight assignment to respective teams;
- Interact with Customer Service, Operations, and all other internal departments necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. This collaborative approach fosters a sense of teamwork and ensures a unified effort towards achieving our operational goals. Work alongside internal teams to ensure that all equipment changes are being appropriately staged and meet the appropriate service-ready time;
- Directs the actual loading of flights/equipment into the trucks and extends help to teams under time constraints;
- Perform all other duties necessary to ensure the efficient and effective performance of the overall operation, thereby contributing significantly to the company's success.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- One to three years of related work experience is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Experience:
• Customer services: 2 -3 Year (Required)
• Logistics: 2 -3 years (Required)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dispatching one year (Preferred)
