Role Purpose Statement

Main Accountabilities

• Administrative position with responsibility for monitoring Ramp and Employee Standard Operating Procedures and working with department managers to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re-training/certification of drivers
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files
• Responsible for processing and renewing Airport identifications
• Responsible for A-1 audits

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years safety/ramp experience
• Must be able to pass 10 years background check and obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to drive on airport ramp/ have valid drivers license
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule – AM/PM weekends/holidays
