Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence. This individual will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive performance initiatives to meet customer expectations.

Main Accountabilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Organize, staff, and direct warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and safety updates.
• Schedule and manage workforce to achieve productivity targets and control overtime costs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, DOT, FDA, USDA, HACCP).
• Monitor workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures and performance metrics.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes to meet service level agreements.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Leadership

• Motivate, coach, and develop team members in alignment with company values and HR policies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Manage labor hours and operational costs; take corrective actions when necessary.
• Support company initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Safety Programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMP, and other relevant compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
