Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Business & Supply Chain Excellence to play a critical role in advancing our supply chain strategy. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner across the organization to design innovative analytical tools, deliver meaningful financial and operational insights, and drive measurable improvements in food cost, inventory performance, and overall operational excellence. This position is ideal for a data‑driven problem solver who enjoys influencing change, collaborating across teams, and raising the bar on how supply chain performance is measured and optimized.

What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and enhance advanced analytics tools and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights into Supply Chain performance across CSCs
- Drive consistent, high‑impact reporting that empowers leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions
- Lead the development and evolution of innovative tools such as the Food Cost Tracker and advanced technical reporting systems
- Serve as a key leader within the Supply Chain team, setting new standards for operational efficiency, accuracy, and transparency
- Orchestrate cross‑functional workgroups to document, refine, and quality‑check procedures and process documentation
- Ensure training materials and technical documentation remain current, accurate, and aligned with best‑in‑class standards
- Partner with specialized programs to deliver cutting‑edge tools that enhance operational performance
- Integrate advanced analytical tools into financial controlling and performance reporting, ensuring alignment between CSC operations and corporate objectives
- Redefine operational KPIs by challenging existing metrics and developing new measurement frameworks that improve planning accuracy and performance outcomes
- Partner with internal stakeholders—including Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Operations—to deliver actionable insights that reduce food costs and improve efficiency
- Provide analytical leadership across high‑impact projects and initiatives, helping teams translate data into measurable results
- Support accurate goods receipt processes and resolve APW issues to ensure smooth operations and cost control
What You Bring
• An Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business and supply chain dynamics.
• 2 to 5 years of proven success in a similar role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation.
• Mastery of computer systems, with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, ensuring seamless productivity and collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and CBase is a plus, showcasing your ability to work with sophisticated enterprise resource planning systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the ability to deliver compelling presentations that influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A self-directed professional with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, ready to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
• In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Supply Chain management, and Purchasing, positioning you as a strategic asset in driving efficiency.
• Advanced reconciliation abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle complex financial tasks.
• Superior analytical and conceptual thinking skills, enabling you to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
