    • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
    • Tuition reimbursement to support your growth
    • Free meals and on-site parking
    • Real career development within a global organization

What You’ll Do

    • Be the go-to HR partner for a busy, high-volume workforce
    • Support both union and non-union employees with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
    • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly union roles—from sourcing to onboarding
    • Build creative strategies to attract and retain top hourly talent
    • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and urgency
    • Assist with union grievance processes and ensure contract compliance
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
    • Support drug testing programs (DOT and non-DOT) and HR audits
    • Deliver and support training, onboarding, and development programs
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities that build morale and connection
    • Step in and operate independently when the HR Manager is unavailable
    • Maintain accurate records and support overall HR operations

What We Look For in a Candidate

    • 1–4 years of HR experience, ideally in:
        ○ Manufacturing, food production, logistics, or distribution
        ○ High-volume, fast-paced environments
    • Experience supporting a union workforce (strongly preferred)
    • Proven success in high-volume hourly recruiting
    • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
    • Excellent communication skills—you build trust easily at all levels
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
