The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by reviewing and entering airline customer orders into our system with speed and accuracy. You’ll manage key details like flight information and meal codes, prepare reports for operations, and ensure everything is organized and on track.
This is a great fit for someone with an administrative background who enjoys multitasking, staying detail-oriented, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

How You'll Make a Difference
- Enter and update flight and meal information in our system
- Review details for accuracy and make updates as needed
- Prepare and share reports to support daily operations
- Print, organize, and deliver work orders to internal teams
- Keep teams informed with real-time updates via email, phone, or radio
- Respond to requests and help solve issues quickly
- Track and report any system or process concerns
- Follow daily checklists to stay organized and on track
What We’re Looking For in a Candidate
- Strong administrative or office support experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with databases or scheduling systems is a plus (but not required)
