Role Purpose Statement
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Cold and Hot Food Departments.
This role requires strong multi‑tasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.
Main Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry to support daily departmental operations
• Process production labels and forms for both Hot and Cold Food teams
• Conduct daily compliance checks as defined by Department Managers
• Support specification management, including cycle changes, spec books, menu updates, and highlights
• Review and analyze internal process feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Serve as a CBASE key user, fulfilling responsibilities assigned by Department Managers
• Ensure proper dating and rotation of products in coolers
• Read and interpret food specifications accurately
• Enforce HACCP guidelines, including log compliance, temperature control, and jewelry policies
• Assign daily manning to support production needs
• Update and maintain waste logs
• Generate, distribute, and update VPS documentation
• Track and maintain internal feedback reports
• Assist with FAC investigations
• Support visual management initiatives
• Provide assistance with scheduling and missed punch corrections
• Maintain station‑specific photo books
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years clerical/food experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Word, Outlook
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large groups - must be flexible
