Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator; you’ll be responsible for responding to customer request and inquires, as well as monitoring systems looking for service changes and updates, and preparing documentation for changes.  

Main Accountabilities

•    Respond to Customer emails about changes, additional services and meal orders. 
•    Communicate Changes or Additional services to the department head. 
•    Work side by side with department head. Print and distribute documents and reports to assigned departments. 
•    Produce production reports. Print labels as needed. Edit and manually add flights in CBASE system. 
•    Utilize Customer website to extract Meal Orders for the Day Of and future scheduling. 
•    RICOH Inventory and order supplies as needed.  
•    Submit service call as needed for equipment. 
•    Inventory office supplies and order as needed. 
•    Pull Specs and Forecast usage as needed. 
•    Audit flights and diagrams ensure proper distribution and service has been verified per customer specifications.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•    One to three years of administrative or customer support experience
•    Verbal/Written communication skills
•    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
•    Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
•    Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to shift priorities in a moment’s notice
•    Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions.
•    Must be available to work nights, and weekends
