Position Summary

In this dynamic position, you’ll take charge of our equipment and sanitation programs—managing inventory, streamlining maintenance, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets the highest standards of safety and performance. You’ll develop innovative SOPs, lead a talented team of technicians, and build strong partnerships with vendors to keep our operations ahead of the curve. Your keen eye for detail will drive regular inspections and audits, guaranteeing compliance with all food safety regulations and delivering spotless results every time. How You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead and organize a high-performing team to ensure on-time and accurate production
  • Run daily huddles to keep everyone focused and energized
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and food quality compliance with regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP)
  • Optimize staffing and schedules to hit productivity and cost goals
  • Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and sanitation programs to ensure efficiency
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve workflow and reduce waste
  • Ensure every flight is catered accurately and on schedule
  • Jump in on special projects and company initiatives to make an impact

What we Look for in a Candidate

  • 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Expertise in sanitation regulations, food safety standards, and equipment management
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and production management systems
  • Experience leading teams and managing schedules in a manufacturing or distribution setting with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
