Main Accountabilities

Billing Department (AR, AP), Production Control:

• Communicates with airline meal control to ensure timely receipt of all preliminary and final meal counts.
• Distribute information to all appropriate shift managers and departments in a timely manner.
• Announce last minute changes over the paging system.
• Enter information into excel spreadsheets and distributes to all appropriate managers and departments.
• Enter information into C-BASE to produce check sheets and boarding bills.
• Print the boarding bill and checklist- distribute them to the location designated for operation team.
• Print and distribute C-BASE Labels for Food and Assembly area
• Completes the billing process efficiently and accurately and make sure all flights are in Euro check on C-BASE.

• Check your email to resolve any questions from COE regard daily billing.
• Safeguard against errors and incorrect billings. Identifies and resolves errors promptly.
• Produces special meal tags ordered by airlines if require.
• Allocates work in C-Base based on workstations.
• Follows through and updated, as needed, C-Base for VPG proper functioning.

Office Responsibility:

• Maintain inventory and order office supplies and copier paper
• Keep work area clean and well maintained
• Make request for repair calls to Ricoh's service desk when copiers malfunction.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High school graduate
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office
• Experience in office and facilities maintenance
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
